History: Roy Reid developed the neighborhood next to the Lindale Park Golf Course in 1937. After World War II ended, the golf course was turned into additional housing, increasing the size of the subdivision. From there, the neighborhood has continued to attract new residents with the growth of Lindale Park and surrounding communities.

Shopping: As a residential neighborhood, there aren’t many shopping opportunities in the immediate area. However, nearby Downtown offers endless shopping, and the Heights has plenty of stores to enjoy too.

Community: Those who like a small-town vibe will love this neighborhood. Streets are lined with mature oak trees and classic bungalows and cottages. The Lindale Park Civic Association maintains common areas and enforces deed restrictions, ensuring that lot sizes and building lines remain uniform.
